He obtained his COC from MCGA, UK. He has practical experience of 12 years onboard various vessels.  As a professional
Marine Engineer , he was associated with several infrastructure development projects in country while serving in several organizations in Bangladesh. He also served successfully as an independent consultant in fishing sector to supervise construction of numerous fishing vessels/ tanker/cargo vessel for Bangladesh at abroad. He has a vast experience of taking over the vessel outside the country (China, Japan, S.korea, Thailand).
He has good track record of dealings with overseas project.
